Lemon vehicle

Motorhome purchase
I am a Canadian who purchased a motorhomeI in California that was misrepresented and the dealer would not stand behind it or even communicate with me. Michael took my case and gave them the choice to fix it or return all my money including expenses. Once they realized what a top notch lawyer Michael is they gave me a full refund. Great job; quick settlement
I live in the Palm Springs area and a dealer sold me a bad car with a lot of problems they promised to fix but didn't. It was a smaller case that the firm decided to take, thank goodness. I don't think I could have recovered my loss on my own through small claims. Michael was able to get me a quick settlement in less than a month. Contingency fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
